Studio Joe Classes 

The Pilates Method requires more personal supervision than other exercise programs, but in the long run is safer and more effective. All sessions are one hour. Studio Joe offers the following types of training sessions:

Private Sessions

This is the ideal way to progress and learn Pilates. You will receive one-on-one attention and a customized workout specific to your body needs. If you are new to Pilates or have specific physical needs, private sessions are a must.

Duet Sessions

Two students to one instructor

Trio Sessions

Three students to one instructor

Mat & Wall Unit Classes

Floor work only, no machines

Reformer Classes

Pricing

Prices vary depending on the type of session and the number of sessions purchased per month. Please call to set up an orientation meeting, to obtain class times, or to receive exact pricing structure.

Pilates is for everyone. But as with any new exercise regimen, you should consult your physician before beginning.
